The Export Project Parameters as FP.csv command is to export all project parameters of the current project model to an external text file as PP.csv
If the current open model in Revit is a project, the command will be enabled. When it is clicked, a PP.csv file is asked to be created or picked. Then all project parameters of the current project model will be exported to the text file. Here is an example.

If the PO.csv is viewed in the Excel directly, it will be clearer.
The parameter Name, Group, Type, Shared, (GU)ID, Instance, CanVary, Value, Categories and Description are all straightforward.
All of these can be exercised in the trail edition of Revit Parameter Organizer.
