Seeker tool helps seek family instances that have some category/family/symbol of concern.
After the ribbon button is clicked, the category/family/symbol of concern in the current model need to be determined.
After the OK button is clicked, the current model will be checked to see if any family instances with such category/family/symbol. They can be navigated nicely as demonstrated below.
