The Export Plan Views tool in the Ex/Import group of the Project Refinement tool-set can help export all plan views of the current model to an external file of format .txt, .csv or .html.
The external file will be named as, CurrentModelName - Concerned.txt/.csv/.html and put into the same location where the current model is opened from. An Windows Explorer will be launched automatically with the newly created file being highlighted. Here is an example for some resulted .txt files.
The .txt file format is tab separated and the .csv comma as implied. Both of them can serve as the data source for the corresponding Import tool. They can be opened and edited by NotePad, Excel, or any other text editors. Excel is strongly recommended to do so, as it supports both tab and comma deliminator and can view or edit such files nicely and easily. Here is an example.
